What goes on each workspace page?
• Messages: Internal notes/conversations
• File attachments: PDFs, Word docs (indexed for searchability), photos, streaming videos, presentations and more
• Todos: Tasks/reminders, events/appointments
• Search labels: Organize, search and report on workspaces, and create a pipeline or workflow
• Topics: To tag all posts on a page and organize content by type for searching and reporting
• Custom fields: Data points connected to the project such as ID#, etc.
• Forms: A customized form to capture repeat data such as an internal survey or request

Site analytics support system adoption
FMYI's usage report shows who is logging in and adding content. These stats show adoption, and to improve them you can align your site with core responsibilities for each user, such as by making FMYI is the only way to post an update about a project (if it's not in FMYI, it's not done).
Importing a spreadsheet (save typing)
If you have a spreadsheet of projects, it can be imported into FMYI on the tools menu. Each row will become it's own project workspace. Each column is a datafield that can be used many ways:
a text custom field, a search label tag, to give access and more.
Advanced search creates a powerful database
Your files, notes, tasks and more are all grouped together in project workspaces, and these workspaces at a high level are very organized. Using the FMYI Advanced search, you are able to search as in a large database, find projects that belong to one owner or haven't been touched recently. Then, generate an Excel report of results, make batch changes to give access or make updates, or browse the projects one at at time by clicking a previous/next button.
Adjust the status (search labels)
The status of each project page is easy to adjust and the system documents who changed what, when. On the homepage, a high level dashboard shows how many projects are in each status or have specifc tags. Click the link to see a list. Note: users only can only see what they can access.
